We're thrilled to announce our first canned coffee! After many years of development and countless test batches, we are excited to share this delicious cold coffee with you. We know we're heading into fall, but If you're headed out on the water, going camping, or want an easy and quick way to enjoy some cold brew at home, this is the solution!
For this batch of 1000 cans, we chose our Ethiopia Yabitu Koba, a single-origin staff favorite with a crisp acidity and notes of melon and peach. Our friends at Arete brew the coffee to our specs, then it's flash-chilled, canned, and tunnel pasteurized. It's crisp and sweet, and has a medium-heavy body that holds up well to milk. It's shelf-stable and keeps for a year, but we recommend enjoying it fresh and cold straight from the can or over ice. We love it with some maple (Jay's syrup of course!) cold foam in a rocks glass, shared with a friend.
