Coffee Donation/Sponsor Request

To ensure we can accommodate your request, we require a minimum of three weeks' notice before your event or program. This gives us enough time to evaluate and process your donation or sponsorship request.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond to you within 3 business days. Please make sure all relevant details are included in your submission to avoid any delays.
3. Details We Need
In order to process your request efficiently, we’ll need the following information:
- Did you speak with anyone at Ruby? Please include the name of the person you spoke with, if applicable.
- Event or Program Details: Include the date, location, and purpose of your event or program.
- Type of Donation: Please specify the type of donation you are requesting (e.g., raffle gift box, brewed coffee, cold brew)
- Pick-Up Locations: If your donation requires pick-up, please let us know when you would prefer to arrange this.
- Shipping Requirements: If the donation needs to be shipped, kindly provide the address and shipping details.
- Other Needs: Please let us know if there are any other specific needs or considerations related to your donation or sponsorship request.
