Jay's Hilltop Sugar House is located just up the road from our Nelsonville Roastery. Jay and his family started producing maple syrup as an experiment in 2004, and built their sugar shack for commercial boiling in 2011.
We're proud to have Jay as a neighbor producing amazing maple syrup, and we heavily feature his syrup in our drinks and dishes at our Stevens Point cafe.
